What we don't do

• We do not collect, store, or transmit your conversations.
• We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or tracking tools.
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties.
• We do not require an account or phone number.

How your data is stored

All conversations, memories, and settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device encryption (Data Protection). Nothing leaves your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud Sync.

iCloud Sync (optional)

If you choose to enable iCloud Sync, your encrypted database file is backed up to your personal iCloud account. This uses Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. Haven.ai cannot access your iCloud data, and Apple cannot read the encrypted contents of your database.

Biometric authentication

If you enable Face ID or Touch ID to unlock the app, your biometric data is processed entirely by your device's secure hardware and never leaves your device or is transmitted to Haven.ai.

Speech recognition

When you use voice input, audio is processed on-device using Apple's Speech framework. Audio is never sent to external servers.

AI model download

The app downloads AI model files from Hugging Face model repositories to your device. These downloads are purely for local inference. No conversation data is sent during download.
